Tutoring

It may be a struggle at first to get used to so many new things as your school year begins. Take advantage of free tutoring that is offered every Tuesday and Thursday from 3 - 4 pm in the Media Center.

If you are interested in additional tutoring services, check in the counseling office. We keep a list of tutors in the area along with the rates they charge.

Transcripts

If you are planning on attending a college or university in the United States, you should check the admissions website of the university to which you wish to apply. Find out how the schools require international students submit transcripts from the schools in their home country. Universities usually request that students send their high school transcripts to a third-party agency that will translate them for the admissions department. FIX LINK

If you attended a high school in the U.S. prior to coming to Dexter High School, you should contact that high school and request that they send your transcripts to the college/university you are applying to.

After you complete the first semester of school at DHS you can use the same process as all other DHS students to have your transcripts sent to schools

ACT, SAT, AP  and Other Tests

Please refer to the Testing Information page to learn how to have your test scores sent to colleges.
